1. Where we deliver
We deliver across India to serviceable pincodes. You can check delivery availability by entering your pincode on the product page.
2. Dispatch time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation (successful online payment).
3. Delivery time
- Jammu city & nearby areas: 1–3 days after dispatch
- Rest of Jammu & Kashmir and North India: 3–6 days after dispatch
- Rest of India: 5–8 days after dispatch
Remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, festivals, strikes or courier delays.
4. Shipping charges
- ₹99 for orders below ₹3,000
- Free shipping on orders of ₹3,000 and above
- Charges are shown at checkout before payment.
5. Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will share the courier name and tracking details on WhatsApp/SMS.
6. Local pickup
Jammu customers can also choose to collect their order from our store in Bari Brahmana. Just message us on WhatsApp after ordering.
7. Failed delivery
If delivery fails because of a wrong address, unreachable phone number or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us. For orders paid online (including the 20% advance), we will refund the amount after deducting shipping charges, or re-ship after you pay the re-delivery charge.
8. Damaged or tampered parcel
If the parcel looks damaged or opened at delivery, please don't accept it, or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours on WhatsApp.
9. International shipping
We currently ship only within India.
