Terms & Conditions

You must be 18 years or older to place an order. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.

• We try to show product colours and details as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and screen settings.
• Many products are hand-embroidered or hand-finished; small variations in embroidery, sequins, beads or mirror work are natural and are not defects.
• Sizes are as per our size chart. Please check it, or ask us on WhatsApp, before ordering.

• An order is confirmed only after successful online payment (the 20% advance, or the full amount).
• We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the delivery pincode is not serviceable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.
• For orders with a 20% advance we may call or WhatsApp you to confirm before dispatch, and we collect the balance on delivery.
• We send your order confirmation by email (if you gave one) and may also confirm on WhatsApp or by phone.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay, and their terms also apply to the payment process.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.
• Give correct details (name, phone number, email and address). We are not responsible for failed delivery due to wrong details.
• You can see your orders, delivery status and courier tracking in My Account, or on the Track your order page with your order number and mobile number.
• Order confirmation and shipping updates are sent by email (if you gave one) and by WhatsApp or phone call.
• We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, fake orders or abuse.
• You can delete your account at any time from My Account. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

You agree not to misuse the Website — including placing fake orders, attempting to hack or disrupt the Website, or copying our content.

All content on this Website — photos, text, logo and design — belongs to Kailas Fashion Studio and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses or delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, strikes or network outages).

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir.
